Brett Construction Company partnered with Berea College to create an Outreach Center that will introduce visitors to the history of the College Forest and the mission of Berea College. With approximately 5,000 square feet, the building includes space to provide a curated description of the College Forest; a multi-purpose space that could be used as either a classroom or conference room for up to 80 people; a warming kitchen; public and private restrooms; and offices for the College Forestry Department staff. This project had a 7-month construction schedule; it was completed in the Spring of 2017.

Brett Construction Company has a long working relationship with Crestwood Christian Church, having completed multiple projects for the facility over the years.

This project includes a renovation-expansion of Crestwood Christian Church’s south wing to accommodate a growing population of worshipers. The new space will include a larger nursery and expanded classroom space, and a new choir suite. The renovation will offer a more open floor plan, more storage, and abundant natural light as well as more accessibility throughout.

Brett Construction Company partnered with Transylvania University to continue the extensive overhaul of their on-campus housing facilities for students.

Phase II and III includes the demolition of two additional aging residence halls to be replaced with two new four-story residence halls located in the center of Transylvania’s historic downtown campus.

Brett Construction Company partnered with Transylvania University to begin the extensive overhaul of their on-campus housing facilities for students. Phase I of the project included a new 42,000-SF residence hall located on the main campus. The facility will offer a total of 144 beds in 36 suites. Each suite is comprised of two rooms (each with two beds and two sinks) that share a bathroom.

The facility also offers common study spaces on each floor, as well as laundry and kitchen facilities. This project had an 11-month construction schedule; it was completed in the Fall of 2015.
