Brett Construction Company partnered with Berea College to create an Outreach Center that will introduce visitors to the history of the College Forest and the mission of Berea College. With approximately 5,000 square feet, the building includes space to provide a curated description of the College Forest; a multi-purpose space that could be used as either a classroom or conference room for up to 80 people; a warming kitchen; public and private restrooms; and offices for the College Forestry Department staff. This project had a 7-month construction schedule; it was completed in the Spring of 2017.

Brett Construction Company has a long working relationship with Crestwood Christian Church, having completed multiple projects for the facility over the years.

This project includes a renovation-expansion of Crestwood Christian Church’s south wing to accommodate a growing population of worshipers. The new space will include a larger nursery and expanded classroom space, and a new choir suite. The renovation will offer a more open floor plan, more storage, and abundant natural light as well as more accessibility throughout.
