Brett Construction Company worked with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Military Affairs, Bluegrass Station Division, to develop this 4.6-acre site at the Bluegrass Station military installation in Lexington, Kentucky.
Building 415 includes a pre-engineered 200,000-SF warehouse structure with a future option of a 100,000-SF addition. This facility offers unique Department of Defense capabilities, including physical, operational and information security as well as federal fund transactions and continuity of operations. The facility includes conference rooms, training areas, kitchen and break area, shop areas, secure storage, warehouse, staging and assembly areas.

The project included a new 25,000-SF office, manufacturing and warehouse facility. The facility employs 125 people and produces product lines including engagement jewelry, single-stone settings and the Tiffany “Keys” collection.
