Brett Construction Company worked with the University of Kentucky to design-build their first ever facility dedicated to the university’s men’s and women’s golf teams at the University Club of Kentucky golf course in Lexington, Kentucky.

The 11,627-SF facility included coaches offices, a conference room, kitchen and lounge area, equipment and locker rooms, club repair area, fitness facility, all-weather practice space, including a 5,100-SF indoor putting and chipping area and three
22 x 20-FT all-weather hitting bays.
