Brett Construction Company worked with First Trust Bank to develop this half-acre site located in London, Kentucky. The project included ground-up construction of a new 6,000-SF retail banking and office facility. This London branch offered First Trust Bank their third facility. The building followed the recently established new image from the Hazard location, giving First Trust Bank continuity as the bank entered into the London market for the first time.
