Brett Construction Company worked with Fifth Third Bank to develop this 1.58-acre site located in Lexington, Kentucky. The project included ground-up construction of a new 20,000-SF retail banking and office facility. Project features included steel structure with metal studs, two-inch exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) panels and storefront window systems. This project was completed in 2004. BCC also completed an additional fit-up project for the facility in 2008.
